Sound Therapy Sound therapy refers to a range of therapies in which various forms of sound (tuning forks, didgeridoo, crystal singing bowls, voice, etc) are used to treat physical, energetic and mental conditions. It is an holistic health modality that has been recorded in traditional indigenous traditions as well as in Traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic Medicine. It is a non-invasive modality that works on subtle energy systems and more commonly acts to entrain “out of tune” energies back “in tune”. The “tuning” of the physical and energetic bodies can aid an individual to reach optimal level of mental and physical health and well being. |
